How a deal moves
I built kollide because I needed it.
I'm a micro KOL. My brand deals lived in my calendar, Notes and Excel, and half of it in my head.
kollide is me fixing that properly. Phase 1 is a small group of creators using it with me, and what they tell me decides what gets built next.
The problem, honestly
Dates in the calendar. Fees in a note. The brief three weeks deep in a DM thread. kollide pulls it into one list.
What you can do with it
The dashboard opens on what's shooting this week and what's due. The first screen, not the fifth click.
Every unpaid invoice, and how overdue it is, in one view. No more "wait, did they ever pay me?"
Generate a real PDF straight from a deal. Same brand twice this month? kollide combines them for you.
A shoot tomorrow, a post due, an invoice nobody's paid. kollide emails you, or pings your phone, so you don't have to remember.
Works where you work
kollide isn’t a downloadable app yet, so here’s how to get reminders today. On your phone, add it to your Home Screen and it opens like an app. On a computer, open it in your browser. Either way, turn on notifications and it tells you what’s due.
Phase 1
kollide isn’t for sale yet.
It’s an experiment I’m running with a small group of creators, figuring out what the business side of content actually needs before it’s anything more. Every account set up by me. Free while it’s early.
// invite-only, onboarded in small batches
Creators. Brands. Collide.
Two calendars, two sets of expectations, one payment that’s always late, held in one place, start to paid.
