About
My whole business runs on a Notes app and a bad memory.
for myself first
I'm a micro KOL, and I started creating in August. To keep track of my brand deals I was using three different apps: my calendar for the schedule, Notes for the job details, and Excel for the total payments. Half of it was just in my head, and every time I wanted to check on a job I had to go back and forth between all of them.
It mostly works, until it doesn't. I lose track of what I agreed to deliver. I rebuild an invoice from scratch every month. Once I finished a whole campaign before realising I'd never actually sent the bill.
Notes and a calendar on their own were just too much trouble. I figured one place to track every job's status would beat going back and forth between apps. So kollide is me fixing that properly, for myself first.
It's been lots of trial and error, and I'm enjoying the journey of building kollide. I think other creators have the exact same mess. Phase 1 is how I find out, with a small group, before it becomes anything bigger. I can't wait to share kollide with the public, and with the KOLs who need it and find it useful.

Where kollide is right now
kollide is in its first phase: an invite-only trial, and deliberately not a product for sale yet. Right now I’m chasing one question: what does the business side of being a creator actually need? Not what I assume, but what’s real, from people living it.
So I set up every account personally, I stay close to how people use it, and every piece of feedback goes straight into what gets built next. It’s free through this phase: no card, nothing to sign. When kollide opens up to more people, the creators who helped shape it get priority access.
// what you flag becomes what ships next
Where it’s going
It does one thing well today. It’s going to do more.
The tracker is the start. I’m keeping the rest deliberately vague until Phase 1 tells me what’s actually worth building.
// step one of something, not saying what yet
Bank details and IC number encrypted, used only for your invoices. No tracking, no ads, never sold. One person with access: me.
A small group of creators, set up by me, free while it's early.
